After a brief involvement by the founder of the Corporation, said Corporation is placed in the hands of it Directors, Officers, and Shareholders and each of the have various powers and responsibilities. It is the Corporate Board of Directors and its Officers that make corporate resolution that modify and approve entries into the Corporations Bylaws and Minutes. The corporation must keep a record showing corporate action and other significant structure issues, and other information regarding the formalities of corporate operations, known as the corporate record book.

A Corporation may sound difficult to maintain, however, the benefit of being protected under the Corporations limit liablity outweights the efforts it takes to run a Corporation
